Dear Leader,
For over 27 years, I have walked beside leaders in boardrooms, classrooms, and spiritual sanctuaries. I hold space for them to remember who they truly are and why they were called to lead.
But I did not begin here.
Like so many, I started my leadership journey by imitating those who came before me.
I silenced my intuition.

And in doing so, I betrayed my own soul.

A dark night of the soul brought me to my knees in the middle of my "successful" career.
